i need to know how 2 get my kickout faster? i am a level 6 gymnast and i need help!

If you mean kickout as in a back tuck or pike I would suggest that as soon as you feel your legs you open up. This may seem silly but at my gym we yell "pick-caawww" like a bird.
It's wierd but it really helped everyone with their kickouts!
