I am a die hard Miami Dolphins fan. I am from Ohio so I am also a Cleveland Browns fan. Niether of these teams have given me anything to cheer about in the past few seasons. Do you think they will give me anything to cheer about in this upcoming season?

Neither team has the quarterback you need for a Super Bowl run. If making the playoffs is enough to make you happy, I'd say both teams have a realistic shot.

The Browns would do well to trade their third pick in the draft for some depth. Braylon Edwards was a nice #3 but the odds are against the Browns getting another rookie playmaker that will help their playoff run next season.

The Dolphins need to trade Culpepper as soon as he completes a solid preseason game. They can't rest their hopes on his knee.

Either the Browns should trade their pick for David Carr or the Dolphins should package Ricky Williams with the #9 pick for Carr, too. Houston has the #8 pick in the draft.

Another option would be for either team to court Willis McGahee. The Bills are #12 in the draft order and would be willing to package McGahee, whose been rumored with the Giants so far.

Two RB offenses are the new rage. New Orleans. Chicago. Get a capable QB and two 1,000-yard rushers and you'll have plenty to cheer in 2007-8.

Neither team really has a Franchise QB to answer the questions at the arguably most important position.

The Browns have Charlie Frye. A 3rd round pick from several years ago. They hsould upgrad here, take Quinn if he's still around to drafted when the Brown's get to pick. Droughns can handle the workload so at RB they are fine. They have a playmakers in Edwards and Winslows. The defense though is a little pourous. Admittedly though they proved they are hard hitters in one of the Cincinatti games this year. If Bentley get healthy as well look for Droughns to improve further as well as whoever in under center.

Miami is a legitimate Playoff Contender this year. They also could use a QB upgrade. Culpepper can't seem to rehab his knee. Harrington has proven to be too inconsistent. This year with Williams coming back in to the lineup RB is fine. Their receivers aren't the best but are fairly consistent. The defense is astounding, but aging. Thomas and Taylor are 33 and 34(same Bday on Sep 1) this upcoming season. Thomas is tackling machine and Taylor speaks for himself.

A true fan only likes one team. Ricky gonna be back next year you gonna see Ricky, and Ronnie combo. Ever since DAN left it has not been smooth sailing. I have been a Dolphin fan since 1978 and have had my tattoo for about 12 years now. That's my Dolphin tattoo. We hopefully will get this damn QB mess figured out and be in the bowl next year.

Cleveland could be poised for a good year. In their division, I think Pittsburgh and Cincinnati are due for down years. Miami is going to be a problem. A new coach and I don't think Harrington or Culpepper are good QB"S. But who knows? Good luck

No. Miami has too tough a division with the Patriots at top. Now for the Browns, they just suck all around.
