During non peak hours, you should be able to make it in about 50 minutes. Due to traffic jams because of mass constructions going on enroue, it may take even two hours +.

Karol Bagh to Essel towers if u wanna go further to urban estate n beyond then it will take longer

With new fly overs being commisioned, it takes these days about 45 mins these days.
