I forgot a soccer game this morning and it's the second one that I've forgotten. My coach is a bit of a jerk so I'm really nervous about calling him to explain my absentness. I'm the only goalie that was going to be on the team today, and one of the only older players (most girls were at their school tryouts today and had to miss- but they told the coach ahead of time so the younger girls from my coaches older team had to compensate). It is a premeir team and coach expects a lot from us. What do I do, what can I say to my coach?
P.S. My coach already pretty much hates me

Be sincerely apologetic with your coach, tell him (and do it) you will buy a calendar for your room (or a place you will look at it every morning, and the night before as well) to check on the next day's activities. So that you plan on no longer missing any more games, practices, etc. If your mom needs to buy it, please ask her to do so. That you are telling the coach about having your own calendar for soccer. Take care.
