I simply can't comprehend the dichotomy of "better" or "worse" life, (implied). Life is, to me, an ever evolving circle. Metaphorically, there are endless doors to open, leave partially open, or to close. To live in harmony, (not "better"), with myself, is to make choices along the way. For me, there's no absolute, simply flowing with serendipity, & my subjective decisions.

I think different people have different definitions of a better life. What might be good for some may not be good for others.
