it depends on what color of hat you are looking for. Blue=kill the wizards at the wizards tower
Black=on your way to varrock from Lumbridge, where the circle of stones are. Also, where you kill Delrith for the Demon Slayer Quest. hope it helps

The most common way of getting a wizard hat is to kill a wizard. Blue wizard hats are dropped by level-9 Wizards south of Draynor, and Black wizard hats are dropped by level-7 (and level-20) Dark Wizards, usually found in the stone circle south of Varrock.

just go to wizard tower in draynor and start killing wizards After awhile they will drop them along with wiazrd robes. or if you have don't like killing or are to weak or something just go to any bank and say buying blue or black (w/e colour wizard hat you had or want) wizard hat. I myself use green on my one name and blue on my other look me up ad an diggity next time you get on.
p.s. im sure you can 'founded' another hat lol
p.p.s. you can buy them in mage shops in port sarim.

train on ur melee, and kill a wizard, or just go to a shop, and but it for 1gp, id give u one but i dropped all my noobish stuff...

what color are u looking for and some mage sops u can buy from but most are black from mage shops so just kill most mages. and you can find me on runescpe under this name dakilla236 if u need anymore help.
