MSM is a sulfer supplement that can help get your hair and nails to grow. It is good for your skin, too. As for the rest, I'm no doctor. I just know that there are side effects from hormones.

I don't think there is. Some people say birh control works a little but I can't say for sure. If you coiuld just take pills to get bigger boobs, etc, there will be no plastic surgeons.
