Long story story short while garage saling I bough a heap of things & also bought a see through type plastic sheet with like fibers with in it - theres an outline of a car in black on it one sid you see the design & copy rite symbol right way to read & the other side its backwards... I'm not a craft expert any Ideas what it is ??

You iron it on to a t-shirt and the image is transferred to the t-shirt via the heat of the iron

It's either an iron-on design or some kind of temporary tattoo. I would go to a craft shop that sells iron on transfers and look at them to see if they are the same sort of object as the one you have bought.

Yep, sounds like an iron-on alright. Just be careful with it. These days, most t-shirts are airbrushed, because the designs hold up better and far longer. Iron-ons eventually crack and flake off. NEVER iron them after they are bonded to the shirt; always wash them in cold water; and hang them up to dry. Do that and the design will have a far longer life. Good luck widdit!
