Too much sugar, not enough protein, not enough food, caffeine intake under the wrong circumstances (such as the ones just mentioned). All=low blood sugar. This = a lot of nervousness. Situations don't make me nervous as I once thought. The above is what does it.

When I haven't seen you or one of the other P and S peeps on
here for awhile , I get nervous, Like where did you go . I count on
you peeps for stability in this category. For a month alot of the
regulars were like gone.

Injustice. This is the one thing that will surely make everyone nervous too.
Fear. Though many could hide this feeling.
Fright. It depends...some people are frightened from weird and silly things.
Worriness...No comment!

Too many things, Judas. Spiders, ladders, neighbours, mice, drunk people, working in a stranger's home, guns, bats, nuns, clowns, my mom, um......that might be it for now. The funny thing is that lots of things don't make me nervous that should. I guess it depends on the person.

I think this is the first time I have answered one of your questions...
I don't like not being in control or knowing what is going on in a situation or if I think someone is judging me harshly when it matters - like my boss looking over my shoulder or if I think a person is getting the wrong idea about what I mean when I say something. Whew.

gosh, question is... what doesn't? ;-)
driving behind a log truck, waiting for test results of any kind, people that always look like they are up to something, bridges, rush hour traffic on the interstate, not knowing where I am (I get lost a lot...), strange noises in the middle of the night, going somewhere creepy alone at night, storms, icky bugs, critters of any variety

when i had to talk at AA last friday I don't know why but i was so nervous and shaking like a leaf. And Job performance reviews.

I live in San Francisco, When I drop my wallet on the street I was to nervous to bend down and pick it up. I kicked it all the way home, up the stairs in the door, I shut the door, then bent down to pick it up and the door knob hit me in the butt, hell I jumped out of my shoes!!!!
