It seems like to me the judge was trying to stretch his 15 minutes of fame especially since he is trying to get his own TV show. He should have been booted from the case! Anna's intent was to be buried near her son plain and simple, she bought the plot next to him. This should have been a open and closed case.

If any judge in MD put on a similar spectacle, that judge would be removed within days - maybe weeks at the latest and investigated by the Judicial Disabilities Commission.
Circuit Court judges in many states are appointed by the Governor from a pool of "qualified" candidates. Apparently, this one seems to be "qualified" in areas besides the law. The Democratic Governor before Jeb Bush seemed to pick this guy's name out of a hat - allowing this hearing to last 3 days makes me think he was cherry picked by Howard K. Stern and by whoever the baby's attorney is. Anna Nicole Smith's death will make OJ look like child's play (pun intended).

I think that you should be professional in all circumstances, so it bothers me that he reacted the way he did, but I'd evaluate his prior performance as a judge before saying he should be fired.
