A full demon - love? Isn't that a human emotion? I can't see him loving anyone. He is learning to care (or something) - has that little girl to practice on. (But he was told to learn so he could increase his power.)
Hmm, well his dad loved, so maybe someday there will be someone.
He helped Inu Yasha a couple of times, but made a point of making it look like he doesn't care for him. (He might love his brother, I doubt it would stop him from killing Inu Yasha though.)

I don't think he loves anyone. I think it is more gratitude that has him care for Rin since she helped him.
As far as the times that he has helped Inuyasha, I don't think that had anything to do with love for his brother... more that he didn't want anyone else to kill Inuyasha because he wants to be the one who gets to kill him.
