Try to clam yourself down! Don't stress out over the small stuff in life. It is okay to worry about things, but I am sure everyting will be fine. If you have true friends, you will never lose contact with them. When you get paranoid just try and keep calm and think things through in your head and think of the best thing you can do to make your feelings better. If your home alone and feel paranoid you may want to try breathing exersices or yoga. It helps me with my stress. Also I knoiw when I drink caffine products I tend to be more stressed about everything. Maybe you can change your diet and eat aliottle healthier..I know blueberries are good for stress. If you panic about everything maybe you have a panic or anxiety disorder. If it gets worse maybe you can try talking to your school counsler or something and see what they would reccomend. Good luck . I am sure you are fine. Your are only in the ninth grade.. A hard time for most young teens. Trust me it will get better!

I think about that too sometimes, I'm a junior right now in high school and I have some really good friends that are seniors.
Basically I sort of just have a philosophical belief that everything happens for a reason and will end up for the better. So I do not worry about it. Like someone above said, if they are really good friends, the two of you will probably stay in touch naturally afterwards. If you stop being friends, then so be it, there's just nothing for the two of you to talk about anymore.
I try to go with the flow and just accept what happens as fate. There are an infinite number of things you could possibly be worried about. Heck, later in life, we'll probably be worrying about our best friends just even staying alive. There will always be opportunities for you to be happy no matter what happens. It's not always easy to do so, but in the end, you just have to choose between paranoia and acceptance of life.
Try reading some books about philosophy/spirituality. There are some interesting things out there and you might find something that makes a lot of sense and will make you feel better.
By the way, I'm also a huge Bill O'Reilly fan, I have a signed copy of Culture Warrior and am a premium member.

It may be a question of control. Some people need to feel like they have control over everything. Try practicing thinking about the things you can control as opposed to the things you can't.
You can control who YOU keep in contact with after you graduate...but you can't control who keeps in contact with you.
You can control what you are going to wear to school, but you can't control what others might think about it.
Try not to waste precious time worrying about things that you cannot change and focus on the here and now. It's normal to be thinking ahead like you are and sounds like you are becoming a young man quickly. Good for you! Just don't let it make you crazy while you are walking down a path of learning and growing. Chin up and know that everything will be okay. :)

Paranoia is normal. I know, I am a little myself. I think the best remedy for such a thing is to distract yourself by watching a movie or reading a book. Also, if you are feeling particularly nervous, exercise for a while in order to get yourself tired enough. Exercise is a very good way to stop yourself from being nervous.
If none of that works, just keep in mind that everything works out for the best and if you really love your friends, you will indeed keep in touch with them. I am in my first year of college and all my friends are at different colleges but we still talk. Also, I've made a ton of new friends. Don't worry, and good luck. :)

Im easily paranoid too. But dont let it worry you. Dont think too much ahead. Just know that whatever happens happens. Maybe make a plan with your friends your senior year on ways to keep in touch.

If you're worrying about things like that, you are way too focused on yourself. That is common in teenagers. But the best way to stop obsessing is to focus on others. Do some volunteer work at a soup kitchen, nursing home, or hospital. Helping others will make you more optimistic about your own life.
