I have read that people still have their side effects from taking Lupron even after they are finished with the medication. I need to take it for 6 months and am scared if this will happen to me.

Depo-Lupron??? If so i had to have shots of it for 8mo after i had a diagnostic laperoscopy for endomitriosis. It is a hormone shot, so it was rough on my body. Hot flashes, night sweats and I was very moody. In the end though it was all worth it bc i cleared up everything and I was able to have a baby. Which otherwise may not have been possible. Hope this helps good luck.

Yes, I know of several ladies who had some very serious side effects from using Lupron and it still continued to cause problems even after they were done with the medication.
As to whether or not that will happen to you for sure is hard to say. Just keep an eye on anything that you may notice if something occurs and let the dr know.
