I'm not, I feel like punching someone in the face about 10 times.
I'm sure I'd feel better then.

I feel frustrated sometimes, too. Look at what you are eating and drinking. Do you drink a lot of caffeine or eat a lot of sugar? Do you get enough protein? If this happens a lot, try talking to a doc to see if some meds could calm you down. I have some I am thinking of trying b/c I don't want to feel this way anymore. I know I am not okay sometimes and I don't like it.

I wish I could feel that aggressive but I have a stomach problem at the moment and contemplating whether to catch the bus to Broken Hill wearing my black slacks or white and hope for the best. It's a 5 hour journey and you think you have problems Maybe a black cup of tea will help........

Actually you would feel good for relieving stress, but if you have a conscience you would simply regret hurting someone that way. I am not happy myself, but you know what helps me? I have a hobbie. I vigorously train myself in boxing or track. Some sort of vigorous training program, to take my anger and adrenaline rush on. Just relax or take it out on something in a positive constructive way. Sorry you aren't happy. I hope this helps.

i got lots fun stuff when i feel like that:
1. cover your face with a pillow and the choose: scream as loud as you want or bite it and shake it like a wild dog eating meat
2. hit your head to the wall 10x
3. eat corn like a squirrel eating an acorn
4. jump 20 times, each time you land make a pose
5. mix soda with heavy cream milk and drink it
6. call all of your friends that you know and just say hello to them
7. shred papers with shredders
8. watch comedies
9. order foods twice amount of your normal portions
10. dont do this but, go to the highest building and scream as loud as you can!!!

Do you have a baseball bat? do you have a large piece of fruit in the fridge? Or a bag of apples or oranges? If so, go outside and slaughter those fruit till they do not exist. Or go to the store and buy a water melon, its far smarter to hurt fruit than a human or animal.

right now i want to punch this girl in front of my face i work at a retail store and we sell boost mobile prepaid minutes and she is adding them on on speaker phone how annoying is that im sure if i punch her i will feel better

No. I feel an unnatural pain in my head that doesnt feel like a headache and i think it my be a stroke or something its only on the left half of my brain. Also im really depressed.

I know how you feel. But get everything out of your system with a friend and tell them what you feel and why you want to punch somebody and scream and yell and get it out. You will feel better. ♥Hugs♥
