I don't quite understand how the average size of 17 year olds is purportedly larger than average 20 year olds; so, we actually decrease in length from 17 to 20 and thereafter?

Well the way they strut about, shouting their mouths off, their penises SHOULD be at least 12"
BUT looking at the size of their cars, and we ALL know cars are a phallic substitute, their penises will be about 2"
