I only know one answer to your questions, which is they have people to taste the dog food. There was a show on TV about it and I believe it was on the Discovery Channel "How it's Made", but it could have been on Animal Planet.

Here is an excerpt from http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,108182,00.html

He's also been asked to test dog food (for qualities like tartness, since "humans can give us an answer but the dog is just going to bark") and mushrooms.

Another comment from http://www.photoparade.com/theme/SkippyTheDogFoodTaster.asp

Skippy is a world-renowned dog food quality expert. Unfortunately, he'll eat just about anything in his attempts to discover the perfect canine cuisine. The results, while routine for dogs, may offend a few humans.

If you Google "dog food taster", there are many, many articles about it.

- Taken From Wikipedia:

“The needles and equipment used are also sterilized. One reason for this is that cannulae are standard medical products that are sterilized during manufacture. Secondly, there is a chance that the prisoner could receive a stay of execution after the cannulae have been inserted, as happened in the case of James Autry in October 1983 (he was executed eventually on March 14, 1984). Finally, it would also be a hazard for those handling unsterile equipment.”

- Dogs? Maybe they get dogs to test the new one and compare it to the old ones to see which is better. I think I heard that humans are used to test it as well.

- I am not sure what you're talking about, but glue needs a surface to stick to. Preferably rough. Bottles are smooth. It won’t work.

- They don't have to be driving. They could just be carrying the card around in their wallet, for proof of identification. A driving license can prove it.

- Err I don’t know. I live in the UK.

- Yes, technically, it both should called transporting, because they are moving things around.

- Nothing. Cars don't drive that fast. Even if they did, you'd die. The air particles won't have enough time to move out the way, so the air particles would rub together causing extreme friction, melting the car, thus destroying the lights and killing the person inside. Plus I don't think people can handle cars that go that fast!

- Don't Know.

- I think it’s still called a ladybug. The word "lady" in the name is thought to allude to the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Catholic faith.

- Technically they won’t because IT’S NOT A REAL BUNNY!! It’s a marketing campaign.
Also the alternative meaning to this sentence is to charge the bunny. Charge as in charging a car battery for example. If the toy needed a battery then why would it need to be charged?
My final word on this is, if it did commit the crime of battery, then it would be arrested as long as the police had proof.

- Now I am completely crap at Maths, so forgive if it is wrong, but twice means 2, right? It’s already zero. If it is twice as cold tomorrow as today, then the equation should be 2 x 0 equaling 0

- Past experiences of watching my friends faces saying "oh crap!" when I ask them what time it is, tells me that they have forgotten their watches. Thus telling me that people, who do what you describe, usually have a watch on them, but have forgotten. It’s like a reflex action.

- Wikipedia tells me that, practice is:

"A practice refers to a way that something is done.
Practice is also something that is done with the deliberate aim of learning. Practice can be working to achieve something.
Most commonly, practice is the act of repeating something over and over for the purpose of learning and gaining experience, as in the phrase "practice makes perfect". Playing a musical instrument well takes great practice, for example."

Thus telling me that they already know that they are doing, practice refers to getting better at that specific task.

- I don't know ask the guy who invented the English language
