I'm looking to buy a new laptop, preferably a smaller one, either 15" or smaller. It needs to be able to hold it's own as a gaming laptop but have decent battery life. I'm currently looking at the M1210 and am looking to spend no more then 3300. Does anyone have any suggestion for others I should look at? Brand and model number would be nice, thanks!

If you are looking at a gaming laptop then you need one that has a seperate graphics card. Laptops from Dell, Gateway, Toshiba and Alienware would be fine. You could also look at Macs.

But why are you limiting yourself to 15" and smaller. With the budget you set yourself you could easily get a 17".

Hello David W,

I would recommend you buying a MacBook Pro. This is a very cool laptop that you will simply fall in love with. It has a built-in microphone and iSight camera for video conferencing, plus an Airport (WiFi) card and bluethooth for wireless connectivity. You can read more about it here:

Best of luck on your decision.
