i am 21 my dream is to start an Orphanage as a young man how do i start out what should i be doing now what are the process any kind of help is good

Nothing beats experience. I would recommend that you get a job IN an orphanage first, so you can learn first hand what the operation entails and gain hands-on experience and build the necessary skills you will need to start your own.
