How many of you think B of A will loose lots of clients because of their credit card program for illegal alien

am married to an illegal alien and have been trying to get him legal status. US Immigration whom subsequently we have learned probably stole our visa fees in Ciudad Juarez also allowed us to pay with my credit card which then promptly Bank of America bought my credit card account. If my husband left the US forever with an account in only his name and not under my control then could never come back I would be held responsible and my credit ruined. He worked for a corrupt boss who paid him about 750 a month whom told him and the IRS he was paying him 10 an hour. With math like that do you want illegals making tax payers eat the cost in lost tax revenue by BofA who is obviously corrupt?

I have a BA in education. Am disabled prior service military. Now the government has legislated laws against spouses like me who have married for love accusing us of terrorism so what is Bank America doing legally? Whose pockets are being filled by BofA?

I found out later on when I went to get an account at my bank for my husband after we married that as he had no social security card it was not legal for them to give him an account without a social security number so they said sorry.

WE CANCELLED ALL OF OUR ACCOUNT AFTER BEING CUSTOMERS FOR FIVE YEARS

Well, watch your own use the word "illegal". It is illegal for these people to be in the country but not illegal for a bank to provide them with credit and it is not only Bank of America, any major bank is pretty much doing the same.
