On January, 1917, Germany declared the to wage any unrestricted submarine warfare, including the US. On April 2, 1917, President Wilson ask the Congress to declare war against Germany after 4 unarmed ship was sank by them. The next day they announce their decision. The main causes of the war were the Zimmermann note, the sanking of unrestricted submarines and Bolshevik revolution.
