Im 18 and im sure i watch it too much. I want to know the best way to stop. Should i stop cold turkey or should i gradually wane myself off from it? btw im trying cold turkey now and its killing me....i havent watched any for a week now....

6. Do not search for terms like girls. Think before you enter a search term.
Stick with reputable sites.
If something looks questionable, don't let curiosity get the best of you. Delete it or close the window.

1) move your computer into a part of your house that people that walk past so that you are not as tempted to watch porn on the net.
2) Get some other movies to watch so that you have plenty of choice and try to watch something else. It is hard the first few times but it gets easier over time.
3) Get an internet content filter on your computer that you don't know the password to so that you can't get to porn on the net
Good luck with it because it is a really hard thing to do, but it is really rewarding when you finally do

uhhhm u dont need to stop watching porn just limit ur time watching it i only watch it 1-2 times a week for about30 min of it.
but if u really want to quit get rid of the porn(DVD,Video)and try not to look at it on the computer .
its all about control
