As soon as I got to work I found a Sparks can in my backpack and only drinking it for the energy (it contains 6%alcohol) I drank it and threw it away immediately just when I had arrived to work and assumed my duties effectively.

None, you broke the employers contract with you. No one wants a drinker on the job where they can cause injury to innocent other employees.
Chalk this up as a hard lesson learned.

With Texas being an at-will state, which means that you can be terminated for any reason at anytime, yoiu dont have any rights to fight the termination. In the event that you do try to fight your termination you will just lose a lot money in paying lawer bills. So next time dont drink anything containing alcohol ever at work or on property owned by your place of employment. Think next time.

Unfortunately, Texas is a "right to hire" state, which means that your employer can fire you any time he feels like, and can only be challenged if he was infringing on your civil rights (which in this case, he wasn't). So in Texas, you have no legal legs to stand on.

You could always write a letter to your employer explaining the situation and asking for another chance, if you so wish. But it's at his discretion whether he wants to give you another chance. In the meantime, you might want to start looking for another job.

What if someone was only using meth for the pick-me-up? You could get a lot of work done if you didn't sleep for 4 days!

Absolutely NONE.

Texas is an "at will employment" state, which means your boss can fire you because it is Tuesday and he didn't like the color of your tie.
