First thing you have to do is have your septic tank pumped. It sounds like you may have filled your drain field pipes with solid waste. The person who pumps your tank can advise you as to your options.

Ddin't you ask this question recently? The answer is the same - there is either a blockage in the main sewer line from the house to the septic tank, the tank is full, or the leach field is not working (and I sincerely hope that is not the case).

Either open the outside cleanout and snake the line (opening the cleanout will allow all of the sewage trapped in the pipes to run out onto your property, but that's life...) or call a plumber.

I had this problem. I live in an apartment, and anytime my neighbor flushed the toilet or used the shower, I received everything in my toilet and tub. The plumber said that I had a blockage that went way out towards the pipes near the street. He also had to install something called a "belly" right outside of my line. Good luck to you.

Your sewer main line has an obstruction in it.
you will need to find the clean outs, (usually in the front of the home) and have the line snaked clean.

You need a plumber to unclog the stoppage. It may be further down the line. So sorry.
