On Super Mario 64 DS,How do you get Luigi?

We need help to find the star in the water town, to get Luigi.
I am stuck.
We have Mario and Yoshi!
No one else...Luigi is hard to get!

A tod say you need to go to the"water town"
but we can't get the star there...
PLEASE HELP!
we are desparate...

ok its pretty simple. i hope you have defeated bowser on the first fight and activated the red switch. go in the castles backyard(as mario) and punch all the boos. then get the star, and go into the castle then back in the backyard. if you go to the left side, you will see a big boo. punch or ground pound him and youll be in Big Boos Haunt. defeat the first mission or you could do a triple jump too. if you do the triple jump way, enter the mansion ( with the 2 flames) and triple jump on the ledge. enter the far right door and youll see a small ledge with a red block. Hit the red block for baloon mario, or triple jump on the side and wall kick and enter the door over there. you will see a luigi painting. jump in and you have to navigate your way to the big boo. fight him and youll get the luigi key. for the other way, same thing except there are stairs that lead to the 2nd floor. and if you want wario, e-mail me; my hands are tired.

Here, I will be more specific. First, you must have the first mission complete. Then, go up the stairs and go in the room with the bookcase, flying book, red block and tilting floor piece. Make sure the block is solid. Break the block using Mario, then float straight up. You shlould see a platform with a door. Go on the platform and into the door. In the next room you should see a painting of Luigi. Go in it and rescue him.
