Of course Dallas is gonna win it all. Avery Johnson had made some improvements to their game. Plus, Dirk Nowitzki is just an awesome player. No one has the ability to match the mavs. Only the Suns can have a chance, but even they can't hold long against Nowitzki. The Lakers and Spurs may have a better defense than the Mavericks, but the Mavs don't need to penetrate; almost all of the players, even Nowitzki, can shoot perimeter shots. No one on the east can play the Mavs, even the heat [because wade is out (finally, the Heats can't play without him)], and the Pistons (they just can't keep up with the Mavs)

Yes they will. If not them, who's going to beat them? Phoenix is the only threat, and Dallas has proven they can beat both them and San Antonio. And no team in the East can match the depth of the Mavericks. They're loaded with talent from 1 to 12 and I don't see anyone beating them. In the Finals, Dallas 4, Detroit 2.

The Phoenix Suns are gonna win it all. With Steve Nash healthy, and Amare Stoudemire, they will go all the way. Mavs are good and are a threat, but I see the Suns as the next NBA champions

if you push all the team fanboys aside.

the mavs have probably the deepest team in the league. As Jeff Van Gundy said recently, they can play big they can play small and they can play quick.

and every single player is super long so they play excellent defense.

There aren't too many teams in the league that you can say can alter their style of play to match every team they play.

The only way they dont win the championship is if someone gets injured, or the star player on the other team shoots 30 free throws a game *cough*

The mavs are definetely the favorites, the threats I see are Houston, San Antonio, Phoenix, and Denver. I do not think Phoenix will win it all, they will never go past San Antonio

No I'm starting to doubt their fluke-like season. Yeah they have been playing excellent team ball. Hardly any injuries and solid team chemistry, but come playoff time I see the fatigue kicking in injuries and the Mavs collapsing.
It would be awesome to see them win it, i just know it won't happen.

No, the Toronto Raptors will (I know, I'm crazy), but with Bosh, Ford, and Parker, I believe the Raptors can win the championship
