My boss isn't spying on my computer, because my computer is at home. That's the computer I'm free to use for whatever I want.

Work computers belong to the company, and the company is free to monitor your activities on it. If you have any doubts about whether what you're doing on the computer is ethical or not, ask for a set of company guidelines or restrictions they have in place for non-work related internet and e-mail use.

And here's a good rule to go by: If you wouldn't do it while the boss is standing over your shoulder watching you, then you shouldn't be doing it. Take care of personal business on your own time.

It's called W-O-R-K E-T-H-I-C-S.

If your workin' why should it matter?...ANYWAY to answer your question
Looking for something called vision, spytech, keylogger, anything like that ins your computer tray near the clock, if you can’t find it there then try looking in your ADD/REMOVE programs in control panel; if you can’t find it there then your boss is NOT spying on you or they’re really good at hiding what they need to to see what your hiding, lol.

My uncle told me all about this stuff. It is really funny. Just be really careful in what you say. He'll tell everone he knows everything. (my uncle is a boss ♥ ) anyway, there is really no way. It is a program that he can see what ur doing. He will see you are trying to stop this, and you will get is serious trouble.

The law says the employer owns the computer.
Your time is being paid for by your employer.
If you are working for your employer, instead of surfing, what difference does it make?
