Anyone know the dance steps to Kick that Mule?

Its from the 1930's and its usually used in parades and was created by Afro-Americans. It's a fun dance, no partner is needed and it goes in one direction.

On that video, that's not the dance I'm thinking about. The dance was in the movie,"Bingo Long Allstars & Traveling Motor Kings" stars Billy Dee Williams.
