I think that there is a heck of an opportunity if you become a ladyboy and move to Thailand.
The problem is that Thailand has some beautiful ladyboys but, being Thai, they are very shy and no good for being porn actors (actresses?), so what some bright person, such as yourself, could do is get plastic surgery so that you look Thai and, with your Western lack of inhibitions, I'm sure you'd be a big hit in the Asian trans-sexual porn world.
