Ok so i have a sony vaio VGC-RB34G at least thats wat i think it is its not the newer on its a 200 gig but anyways it has these ports on the back ( yello red and white ) the ones on most TVs im trying to figure out if thats inout or output the reason is that i want to plug in my 360 into my computer and videotape parts of games like me beating some boss or something i also want to know what programs to use any help would be greatly apriciated i also would like to know if i cant connect it like this how would i be able to do it buying a device like what type and where if you can help me in exchange ask for almost anything ( no money ) like anyfavor and i will return the favor please help :)

Your computer has an SVideo OUTput and COMPOSITE INpit connections

I like to use a dazzle digital video creator. It's around fifty to a hundred and fifty depending on the features you want and it connects to the output of your T.V. or VCR and connects to your computer with eitehr USB or Firewire. You load the software that comes with it and it saves the video to an AVI file and you can edit what parts you want right after your done recording.
