I don't like any body hair. Do you think it's a bad idea to get my arms waxed?

They'll grow back a little faster each time, but no it isn't a bad idea. It will be extremely painful, but your significant other might like you better. Depends on how much you have. A little is normal. However, putting a gorilla to shame is a bit to much. It's really up to you.

You are getting a bunch of people who've never had anything waxed before answering your question. First of all, it does NOT grow back really weird, it's a whole new hair that will grow back so it looks like any other, shaved hairs have blunt tips, waxed are just like new. Waxing is a good way to go, but Nair is good also. waxing grows back with a finer tip than nair though, but nair tips aren't as blunt or coarse and shaved tips. With waxing your hair folicles will become fewer and finer over time, as an added advantage.

i have always thought people who waxed their arms are just plain strange. I am sorry. I come from a very hairy mediterranean family and I just think it is peculiar. What is wrong with body hair?

there is nothing wrong with getting your arms waxed.The new hair that come are usually thin then the ones from before and therefore are easy to remove too.In the begining you'll find it painfull but do it regularly and it will be painless and eventually you will get less hair growth.

If you do it and it looks good let me know cause I have never seen anyone do it and have it end up looking presentable. My mom had it done and it looked like a mans chin. when it starts to grow back it will look just like your legs do. but don't take my word for it ask a professional waxer.
