Bush could give a nice simple TV address telling the terrorists either give up all your weapons, stop figihting, and live normal lives or he will wipe Mecca & Medina off the face of the earth w/ US thermonuclear warheads. US wins, no more war on terror. What do you think?

I think the terrorists would bust a gut laughing at that notion and Bush would be forced to apologize to Prince Abdullah on his knees.
Both those cities are ruled by the Sauds, who are the Bush family's closest friends in the world. The Bushes would nuke America before they'd nuke Saudi Arabia and everybody except uninformed Faux News viewers know that..

I'll answer your question with another--what would Christians around the world think if terrorist nation blew up the Church at Bethlehem and the sacred Christian sites in Jerusalem? Do you think they would meekly comply to the demands of the terrorist nation?
I think every peaceful Muslim in the world (and the vast majority are peaceful--there are over a billion of us, after all, and terrorists number in the thousands) would rise up in protest. Instead of stopping unrest, you would create more unrest and chaos. Plus doing such a thing, which would harm and hurt so many innocent people, is not a Christian thing to do.

they would just fight for it back... im sure they could easily access irans nuclear missiles if they expressed their desire to hit israel or america with it...

Honestly, yes. This is exactly the strategy we should be following. We used MADD to keep the Soviets from doing anything stupid.
We ought to let the Arab nations know that if we suffer a nuclear hit, that we nuke Mecca, Medina, Damascus, Tehran and Yemen just because. Maybe these dopes would get more serious about stopping the funding of terrorists groups and understand that whatever these fools do will hurt them in the end.

No because that action would foster more Anti-American sentiment than we could deal with. Even first world countries would be sending bombers at us. Killing everyone and asking questions later is never a good idea
