all the sites i was sent to are always asking for some kind of fee i dont want to pay to see the homes plzzzzzzz help

http://www.hud.gov/ for HUD owned foreclosures. You will have to poke around a bit to find your area, but it will be there. Other than that, consult a Realtor in your area who is experienced in investment properties.

Simple, just go to www.hud.gov.
Click the 'Buying' link, then find 'Step 5:Shop for a home'. If you click on 'Homes for Sale: Included HUD' it will take you to list of agencies that have properties for sale. Now choose your state.
Easy and free! Good details and some even have pictures.
