its gotta be chelsea, united have ronaldo and liverpool have gerrard, but that is it. Lampard, ballack, essien, robben, makelele, and cole when he is hurt are deadly. id have to say the best midfield in the world. you also cant count out obi mikel, and diarra who had a great game on wednesday.

I agree with you, Chelsea are strong at mid, however I am shocked by your omission of the squad which I believe make the strongest case for #2. The other London team, Arsenal Gunners have one of the premier midfields in the F.A. With young talent such as Cesc Fabregas and Mathiu Flamini matched to the experince and leadership of Freddi Ljungberg and Gilberto, this club demands consideration among the top midfields in all of FIFA let alone England. Also deservant of consideration, the surprising Bolton Wanderers

This season, I'd say Ronaldo is far and away the best midfielder/attacker in all of England. I love watching his creativity with the ball...cept when he's playin Chelsea ofcourse!!!

it has to be Arsenal.. Fabregas, Gilberto, Rosicky and Hleb, come on! they are too strong. Fabregas with his unbelievable talent and passing ability, Gilberto is the wall, Rosicky with his long-range strikes that are amazing and Hleb who physically attaches himself to the ball and can never lose possession. I would say that is a damn deadly midfield.
