I can tell you that there are no skin lighteners out there that will do that to someone's skin in such a short period of time.

Any skin lighteners like Hydroquonine that are FDA approved and safe for your skin take 6 months or more to start noticing any differences - and they're mostly done for moles, or sun spots that people want to fade out, not skin colour....

But what you're really asking is to change a person's skin colour completely which is not something I condone.. but look at Michael Jackson, it's highly effective, but not low-cost to have such laser surgeries done.

I'd just suggest embracing the skin for what it is.
