BRAZIL. Practically everyone's second favorite team(behind their own national team) is Brazil. Although I would think a country like China would have the biggest fan base due to the large population.
Theres a saying that goes, England invented the game, the Brazilians perfected it and the Americans messed it up.

Brazil, England, Mexico, or Portugal. But the U.S. still is full of losers who play the fake game of football.

Brazil. They get the obvious Portuguese fans, their own fans, most of the 3rd world fans and those who love their style of play which is alot of people from many nations.

I agree,
Brazil was really big maybe 4 years ago, but England has really shot up-
Italy and Portugal are still brilliant though!
