I would check with the person who pierced your nose and ask their opinion. Or ask your doctor to look and it and see if it will close up by itself.

First of all why did even got your nose pierced on first place. Only thing you do is to leave it the way it is, or else it will not look good just put your favourite nose pin. Or whatever you like.

I had mine in for about the same amount of time (the first time I had it) and changed it. As long as you have a well fitting stud for it, and you are really careful with keeping it clean, it should be ok as long as you don't do it too often until it's completely healed up.

I probably wouldn't keep it on as long as they tell you to. I know the temptation is killing you but unless you want to get another peircing in the same spot again keep it there. Although it's okay to take it out for a few seconds but not for hours.

if you take it out it will close up and if you do it wrong you can get infected
