I could only get to 3(6x ?)(1x ?)

take out 3
3(6x^2 - 7x - 3)
look for two numbers that multiply to -18 and add up to -7
-9 and 2
6x^2 - 9x + 2x - 3
factor by groups
(6x^2 - 9x) + (2x - 3)
3x(2x-3) + 1(2x-3)
(3x+1)(2x-3)
so the answer is:
