First in a tide pool there are no animals , but an assortment of small fish , star fish , little crabs , amoebas , muscles ....

I've found small fish, crabs, starfish, whelks, barnacles, jellyfish and sea urchins. Once in South Carolina, I saw a small shark trying to escape from a tidal pool, which it did.
