Forrest Gump. The way they were able to interweave actual historical footage with the movie was ingenious.

Rear Window.
James Stewart, Grace Kelly, directed by Alfred Hitchcock. Can't get much better than that.
Also a fan of other Hitchcock movies like To Catch a Thief, Rebecca, Dial 'M' for Murder and Suspicion, just to name a few.

honestly i hated that movie but the departed was the best movie i have seen in many years. after that the lord of the rings trilogy.
