Are you talking about sight-singing--looking at a sheet of music and singing it without ever hearing it? If so, your best tool is the piano. You should try singing scales and arpeggios with the piano. Go as slow as you need to go. Then try singing random intervals (i.e. the sixth note of a major scale to the third note or A to E in the key of C major). Next, try actually singing music you've never seen or heard. Check it on the piano.

After a considerable amount of practice everything should "click." I would suggest practicing at least a half hour a day. Good luck, and I'm sure you will do fine.

Easily find someone that is experienced in singing and that can give you lessons or find a place to where you can get lessons. But beleive me ,I dont know how much the singing needs to be like, suxh as an expert, but, two months will be challenging to be good at singing.Beleive me, Ive been singing for 4 years and it still needs work.Hope you can accomplish this =]

You can't, really. :P All you can do is start learning technique, which you can do by asking a vocal instructor. Chances are, though, that you're still not going to sound like an angel after a month. For most people, skillful singing takes a lot of time and work.

anyone can sing it is just how good they are.
like me, i can sing, i just have to sing a little lower because my voice is deeper then most 14 year old girls.
i don't know what music theory is but if you know how to play an instrument you just try to make your voice match the note you're playing.

hope i helped.
