All Humans feel the same emotions it shouldn't matter what culture you are from. Human is Human.

You should never ever be afraid to express your emotions.
Why would you even care what others think about you.
What matters is that you and the person you are in the relationship with are happy, Enjoy him and be thankful for every
obstacle he has had to climb to get this far.He has had to really work hard I'm sure to get to this point. Show him some attention

Don't worry too much about his culture or yours if you love each other no obstacle should ever stop you from showing your love and affection towards each other no matter what culture you are from we all share the same planet and I'm sure he we be willing to climb more obstacles for you as long as you show him you appreciate him and what he means to you.

For him to have to go over obstacles and climb walls for you really says alot about him and his love for you. Many woman in this world would love to have a man just like that.

Take Care and Good Luck to you always invisible 1 :p

finding a happy medium. I am a career woman with a degree and a high paying job. My other half doesn't have much education and is in a fairly mundane low paying job. We are both very different intellectually so it can be difficult at times to get along and find similar interests. eg, I prefer to watch the news or ABC while he wants to watch all the dodgy kids cartoons on tv.

People are not mind readers. We think we know what the other person wants, and we act on those assumptions, but it turns out we're completely wrong and things get messed up. Learn to say what you want. If you want to go to dinner for your birthday, don't say "surprse me", and don't say "oh, nothing", because that's what you'll get. If you don't know his favorite color, ask him. that sort of thing. We do the same things over and over, and wonder why it never works.
