I wanted to know how old do I have to be to get a tatoo In Illinois? Or how old you have to be with parents permishon?

18 without parent. and to the best of my knowledge you can be any age with ur parents permission. But of course, the do have to come with you and sign. You can call a tattoo shop and ask them.

I do believe it to be 18 without and either 16 or 17 with. I would really be sure u know what u want first. It is not the most pleasant thing to go through if u end up not liking the tatt. after a while. I have an old tatt that people say i should have covered up but i like it. it is faded and not even done but i like it. it was the first and it has memories with it. i dont want to cover it because i dont want to loose those memories, not that i would but its a good reminder for me. just b sure u are ready to live with what ever it is u get.

Well in California you have to be 18, Illinois, I have no idea but you should be able to get one with parent permission no matter how old you are. Think about it real hard though first, I know you have heard it before, but it will be there forever.

You have 2 be at least 18 without parents going with you, and you have to be at least 16 with parents permission.

18 in the US but if you go to some places that are smaller and the ones that dont care to much they will let u do it at 16 if you parents sign...and then some places what are in really bad areas that might not do the best job will do it for anyone
