Definitely the Ferrari... the F360 Modena is one of the best balanced cars, and best feeling chasis I've had the good luck to drive (though sadly not own). As the F430 is an evolution of that car, I would simply expect more of the same.
And while the Lamborghini is a gorgeous car, and there is no doubt they have made great strides in engineering under VW's ownership. The Lamborghini's I've driven have always been extremely lacking in the area of chasis development, and simply do not have that feeling of all parts working in harmony that the Ferrari has. I'd expect the Murcielago to have improved in this aspect, but just can't see that it would make it all the way up to the F430 (though I'd enjoy spending a day jumping back and forth between the two on a race track to make a final determination!).

F430. i never liked the sharp concept-car-looking edges of the lambo.
