Are you pregnant or about to start your period? This would be the main reasons for sore nipples. Plus dry, flaky nipples sounds like you are producing milk, which is drying.....or maybe its some type of nipple infection. Go to your OB/GYN for a pregnancy test.

Well i have found that pregnacy brings this on. I like to use a body butter by the body shop on my entire body including nipples. ITS called "Lay it on Thick" it has Shea Butter in it. ITs the best stuff. I even have th guys at work using it on their hands. I suggest a pregnancy test. Also weather and friction can make nipples dry. Best of luck tc

Rub some castor oil or baby oil on them
