This pill is HYDROCODONE 7.5 MG / IBUPROFEN 200 MG
It's a painkiller for sore muscles , not normally associated with misuse

I looked on google, and it says that this pill is an ibuprofen tablet. In other words, a painkiller. Nothing sinister, but maybe just find out why your kid had it in their pocket- open the conversation with something like 'did you have a headache or something, I found a painkiller in your pocket.'

I used to take things like aspirin from my parents' medicine cabinet when I was a kid and put them in my pockets in case I got a headache on the school bus. No big deal here.

I am pretty sure that it's a narcotic pain reliever that contains ibuprofen and hydrocodone.
