Where is the best place to stream TV Series?

Unfortunately I can't watch online streams provided by ABC/NBC/CBS etc because I'm not in the states (anyone know what's up with that?), so does anyone know the place watch streamed TV Series?

I have the same problem it's the only time that it sucks to live in Canada how am I supposed to watch ER, Survivor, and My Name Is Earl?
