Just complete the application and fill in all information. Once they hire you then, all you need to do is take two forms of identification with you that validate your age and your ability to work in the US. Typically you would need:
- Driver's license
- Social Security Card
OR
- US Passport

You may still need your parents to sign off on your work permit, but otherwise you should be fine.

Good luck in your new job, hope this helps!!

You go to target and fill out one of the applications, as long as your 16 you should have no problems applying. But in order for them to hire you, your parents will need to sign some work permit for you.

Well in my state you will need a work permit from the school. You can contact Target and find out exactly what you need.

Good Luck

Yes...most states allow 16 year-olds to work part time...certain hourly restrictions apply so as not to interfere with your schooling, you will need a state approved ID card and your Social Security card...and probaly a parent, altough I'm not sure about the latter...Good Luck...

First, you'll need a work permit from school. Ask about it at the office or your school counselor.
The other things you'll need is an official form of state issued ID and a social security card.
