What i hear is stuff like-They're such cowards that they always have to get you from behind,or they have a backwards mentality,or the women smell,the men smell,or that they are all con-artists.Or even worse-that they are into blowing themselves up asa daily hobby.

We read yahoo.com news and I just read where 39 people died.
Probably Shiite by Sunni's muslims. We are saddened by this.
We don't understand why they keep hurting each other.
It makes them sound violent. Where 400,000 in durfur were killed by Islamic forces. 35,000 civilians were killed in Iraq.
they just came out of an 8 year war between Iraq and Iran.
Both muslim countries. Over a million people died as a result.
Then Afganistan was in a terrible war with Russia.
They are fighting all over the globe. Not just in Iraq.
They revolted and broke stuff in France. Over a stupid cartoon and killed a nun. It is unfortunate that people say things like they smell. That isn't nice. And I am sure it isn't true.
However, that religion is looking really violent because of the things it is doing.
First comes fear, then comes scorn or ridicule, then comes retialiation. It is making people afraid because they say they have 2000 sucide bombers ready for this summer.
They burn American flags and say they hate Americans.
If they want to die I can't think of a better way to do it than what they are doing.

Since 9/11 people mistake many American Muslims as terrorist over in the middle east. Even so, those people in the Middle East have reason why they hate Americans. Even though I feel violence and murder isn't the answer for any problems. I for one, don't generalize based on stereotypes. I have Muslim friends who are Indian and Pakistani. They are great, and so are many others. People need to ask what they don't know instead of judging.

Because, whenever you enter a war with a country usually people start spreading rumors and propaganda about there culture. and that even entreats on jokes sometimes too. But there are plenty of good muslims. For instance Muhammed Ali the boxer, Ralph Nader, that New senator who was sworn in on a Kuran once owned by Jefferson etc.

Because of the September 11 terrorist attacks and the war in Iraq and Afghanistan and plus the terrorist bombings that have happened in many countries.

well one reason is the history we have with them. for example, the man who killed JFK was islamic and so was the killer of martin luther king ,but not many people know that. the undeclared war we have with them is the main reason we hate them. in islamic religion if muslims die fighting for the religion(e.g. scuicide bombing) they are considered martyrs and get immediate passage to heaven. all male martyrs get 40 virgins.

Because of the violence they perpetrate (9/11, raping women in certain countries because they don't wear shawls, body bombs, etc.).
Also, they tend to believe that it is their divine right to ienforce Islam everywhere they go. Intrusion/Invasion =/= respect.
