I think you have to take it to Best Buy and they will do it for you. They might even do it for free.

Your laptop probably has tiny speakers built in. You might have deleted something in your control panel, but you most likely didn't delete the speakers.
Built in speakers in laptops are pretty tiny, and pretty limited. If you want better sound, the best thing to do is use some external speakers. Even the cheapest set of speakers will sound better than the built in ones.
Get some help from someone with more experience (a comptuer geek) when you work with your computer. You may create some problems by deleting things that you shouldn't.
