my brother crazy.
now he won't replace it, even though he knocked it out of my hands (and he really hurt my feelings too).
how long should i keep crank calling him?

To be honest its only a beer for goodness sake. Grow up and buy 2 beers and talk it over with your brother, if your feelings were hurt that much.
on a more serious note why were you drinking and driving in the first place. Have you not seen how many people are injured and killed by drink drivers!

Simple answer if you were driving you shouldnt have been drinking and crank calling doesnt get anyone anywhere. Perhaps you should find a hobby to take up your time.
